Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust them with flour.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Whisk in the powdered sugar until well mixed.
  5. Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  6. Fold in the flour and a pinch of salt gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling them three-quarters full.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until firm edges and soft centers are achieved.
  9. Cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
