Nutella Crepes

Delicious, thin pancakes filled with Nutella, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Nutella for filling
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar, strawberries, bananas

Instructions

  1. Whisk the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to spread.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is lightly browned, then flip and cook another minute.
  5. Remove the crepe, spread Nutella on one half, and optionally add strawberries or bananas.
  6. Fold the crepe over and serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Crepes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or frozen for a month. Reheat in a skillet.
