Oreo Brownies

Deliciously fudgy brownies layered with crunchy Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9Ɨ13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined, creating a smooth, glossy mixture.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Layer the Oreo cookies evenly over the brownie batter.
  8. Add the remaining brownie batter over the Oreo cookies and spread it evenly.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Cool completely, then cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or drizzled with chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
