Delightful homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups featuring a creamy peanut filling encased in smooth chocolate. A nostalgic treat that’s easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Paper cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner to create a base.
  4. Mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Place a spoonful of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate base in each liner.
