Perfectly Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Juicy and flavorful pork tenderloin roasted to perfection, great for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over it.
  4. Place the seasoned tenderloin on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
  5. If you’re feeling adventurous, drizzle balsamic vinegar over the tenderloin.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Allow the meat to rest before slicing to maintain juiciness. Customize herbs based on taste.
