A luscious and creamy salmon pasta dish that is both comforting and easy to prepare, perfect for weeknights or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 150g cooked salmon, flaked
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set it aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let it melt.
  4. Add the flaked salmon and cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss gently until everything is well coated in sauce.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added zest, consider squeezing lemon juice over the dish before serving. Pairs well with arugula salad and white wine.
