Delicate strawberry crepes filled with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Whisking the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Preparing the Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  3. Spreading the Batter: Pour a ladle of the batter into the skillet, tilting it to spread evenly.
  4. Cooking the Crepe: Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift slightly and the bottom turns golden.
  5. Repeat the Process: Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
  6. Final Assembly: Place sliced strawberries in the center of each crepe, fold them, and drizzle with whipped cream.
