- 1 can of strawberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries (optional)
- 1 cup of water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the strawberry pie filling into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Scatter fresh strawberries over the pie filling, if using.
- Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the strawberry layer.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the cake mix.
- Add water over the entire mixture without stirring.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
