A delightful Strawberry Tart that captures the essence of summer with fresh strawberries and whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Thicken the strawberries by mixing cornstarch with water to create a slurry, if desired.
  3. Spread the whipped cream over the tart shell.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
  5. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh.
