A perfectly grilled steak topped with rich cowboy butter, combining garlic and fresh herbs for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the steaks from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Top each steak generously with the cowboy butter before serving.

Notes

Let your steak come to room temperature before cooking for an even finish. You can customize the cowboy butter with cheese or different herbs.
