Warm, fluffy egg bites bursting with the freshness of bell peppers and spinach, perfect for busy mornings or a satisfying snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese, diced bell peppers, and chopped spinach.
  4. Prepare a greased muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the egg mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and slightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
