Juicy grilled pork chops brushed with a garlicky herb marinade, perfect for summer barbecues or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. This ensures the pork chops will get that lovely sear while cooking evenly.
  2. Mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and your choice of fresh herbs in a bowl.
  3. Brush the marinade all over the pork chops, making sure to get an even layer.
  4. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a heartier meal, pair with grilled vegetables, potato salad, or rice cooked in chicken broth. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days.
