Grilled Skirt Steak

A perfectly grilled skirt steak marinated with garlic and lemon juice, bringing bold flavors and tenderness to your meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb skirt steak
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Rub the skirt steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Allow the steak to rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until medium-rare.
  5. Remove the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice against the grain and squeeze fresh lemon juice over it before serving.

Notes

For best results, choose high-quality skirt steak and allow it to rest before and after grilling.
