Crispy, spicy, and utterly addictive Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower, perfect for game day or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.

Notes

Ensure cauliflower florets are evenly sized for uniform cooking. Adjust buffalo sauce based on heat tolerance.
