A simple and elegant air fryer salmon recipe that is quick to prepare and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Leftover salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
