Crispy and flavorful zucchini chips made in the air fryer, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the zucchini by slicing them into thin rounds, aiming for uniform thickness (around 1/8 inch).
  2. Season the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese before serving if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Re-crisp in the air fryer if necessary.
