Breakfast Crunchwrap Supreme

A delightful wrap filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage or bacon, rich cheddar cheese, and a hint of spice from salsa, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Sausage or bacon
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Hash browns
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Sauté the sausage or bacon in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until soft and fluffy.
  3. Layer a large flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage or bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy hash browns, sour cream, and salsa.
  4. Fold the tortilla carefully into a wrap shape, tucking in the sides.
  5. Sear the wrap seam side down in the skillet until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm, sliced in half, optionally with extra salsa on top.

Notes

Add your favorite toppings and customize to suit your taste. Leftover Crunchwraps can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
