These delightful breakfast tacos are filled with scrambled eggs, creamy avocado, and fresh cilantro, making for a satisfying morning meal.

Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • Avocado
  • Salsa
  • Cooked sausage or bacon (optional)
  • Onions
  • Cilantro
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs by cracking them into a skillet over medium heat, whisking with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the tortillas in another skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Assemble the tacos by layering in scrambled eggs, cheese, sliced avocado, and onions.
