Indulge in these rich and decadent brownie batter truffles, combining classic brownie flavor with the fun of truffles—no baking required!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Combine the brownie mix and softened butter in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each rolled truffle into the melted chocolate for an even coat.
  7. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to cool until the chocolate sets.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
