Delightful cookies blending rich brownie flavor with creamy peanut butter, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it nice and warm for baking these delicious cookies.
  2. Beat together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to your mixture, mixing until everything is fully combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to your wet batter, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake in your preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Add a drizzle of melted chocolate or a swirl of caramel for extra flavor.
