Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pizza toppings of choice (sauce, vegetables, meats)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse them in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
  3. Microwave the cauliflower for about 4-5 minutes until soft.
  4. Let the cauliflower cool, then drain excess moisture using a clean towel.
  5. Combine the drained cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a crust.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and crisp.
  8. Add your desired toppings on the baked crust, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes

Ensure you squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower for a sturdy crust.
