Chicken Parm Meatballs

Juicy ground chicken meatballs baked in marinara sauce and topped with melted mozzarella cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat the marinara sauce over medium heat in a skillet.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Top the meatballs with mozzarella cheese and cover until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
