A delightful blend of classic chocolate chip cookies and a flaky pie crust, this Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is an easy, nostalgic dessert that’s perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well incorporated.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  7. Pour the cookie dough into the pie crust and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  9. Let it cool before slicing to serve.

Notes
