A fresh and zesty Cilantro Lime Chicken recipe that’s perfect for summer grilling, bursting with flavor and simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag, pour marinade over the chicken, seal bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
