Juicy chicken thighs marinated in zesty lime and fresh cilantro, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the Marinade: In a bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken Thighs: Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, covered in the fridge.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve and Garnish: Serve warm and garnish with additional cilantro.

Notes

For extra flavor, allow chicken to rest after grilling. Feel free to get creative with spices.
