Cookies and Cream Brownies

Decadent brownies swirled with crushed Oreo cookies and pockets of melted chocolate chips that blend nostalgia and rich flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Remove the melted butter from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually beat in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until you have a rich batter.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean but moist.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a special touch, serve warm with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
