Enjoy these delightful Crispy Chicken Tenders that are perfect for family dinners and versatile enough to be paired with your favorite dipping sauces.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crispy Coating Mix: In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Set Up the Dredging Stations: In another bowl, place the flour. In a third bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  3. Dredge the Chicken Strips: Take each chicken strip and dip it into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat the Oil: In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry to Perfection: Fry the chicken tenders in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drain and Serve: Remove the tenders from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken strips in buttermilk before coating. Can be baked at 400°F (200°C) for a healthier option.
