A warm, cheesy casserole that combines the delightful flavors of everything bagels with favorite breakfast staples, perfect for lazy Sunday mornings.

Ingredients

  • 6 everything bagels, torn into pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham or vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the cheese, bagel pieces, ham or vegetables, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use day-old bagels for the best texture. This dish can be prepped the night before and baked in the morning.
