A deliciously sweet and spicy grilled chicken coated in a flavorful marinade, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Create the Flavorful Marinade: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat while the chicken marinates.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook it for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Rest the Chicken: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Slice and Garnish: Slice the chicken and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
