Frozen Mango Mousse

A creamy and dreamy frozen mango mousse that captures the essence of summer, perfect for hot days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Puree the diced mangoes until smooth in a blender.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine the mango puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in another bowl and stir until mixed.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the mousse into serving cups or a loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh mango slices or mint leaves.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. Can add a splash of rum or coconut extract for variation.
