Tender steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a luxurious garlic butter sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or filet mignon), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
