A quick and flavorful Garlic Herb Salmon recipe that showcases fresh herbs and lemon, perfect for busy weeknights or dinner parties.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, coating them with the garlic herb mixture.
