These grilled chicken kabobs are not only easy to prepare but also packed with flavor and nutrients, making them a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Create the Flavorful Marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Get your grill ready by preheating it to medium-high heat.
  4. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and veggies.
  5. Grill the Kabobs: Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve Hot: Serve the kabobs hot, with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for an extra flavor boost.

Notes

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Don’t overcrowd the skewers to ensure even cooking.
