Tender and flavorful grilled pork chops marinated with garlic and herbs, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the pork chops in the seasoning overnight. Pair with fresh sides like salad or mashed potatoes.
