Delicious grilled shrimp tacos topped with fresh avocado and crunchy cabbage, capturing the essence of summer in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill.
  2. Marinate the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Skewer the shrimp for grilling.
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos with grilled shrimp, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.
  7. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing on top.

Notes

Don’t overcook the shrimp. Feel free to customize toppings based on preference.
