Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, creating the perfect environment for those succulent kabobs.
  2. Cut the beef steak into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the steak cubes and mix until well coated.
  4. Assemble the kabobs by threading the beef, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto skewers, alternating between ingredients.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  6. Let the kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Marinate the steak for a few hours or overnight for more flavor.
