Hawaiian Roll Sliders

Delicious Hawaiian Roll Sliders filled with savory deli meats and gooey cheese, all topped with a buttery garlic-poppy seed glaze.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb sliced deli meats (ham, turkey, or roast beef)
  • 1 lb sliced cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli meats and cheese on top of the rolls.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls on and set aside.
  5. Prepare the garlic butter mixture by melting butter and mixing in garlic powder and poppy seeds.
  6. Spread a layer of mustard (optional) inside the bottom of the rolls.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Slice the sliders and serve warm.

Notes

These sliders pair well with a green salad or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
