A simple and creamy homemade peach ice cream recipe that captures the essence of summer with every scoop.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the peaches in a blender until smooth with 1/2 cup of sugar.
  2. Combine the peach puree, remaining sugar, heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt in a mixing bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Serve and enjoy your delicious homemade peach ice cream!

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe peaches. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, stir the mixture every 30 minutes while freezing to achieve a similar texture.
