Honey Sriracha Chicken Skewers

Deliciously sweet and spicy chicken skewers perfect for grilling at summer cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken cubes in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space in between each piece.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding sliced bell peppers or onions to the skewers. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using.
