A vibrant and colorful Mango Avocado Salsa bursting with tropical flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt to taste.
  4. Gently toss all ingredients to combine without mashing the avocados.
  5. Spoon the salsa into a serving dish and enjoy right away!

Notes

Best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
