A delightful No-Bake Banana Pudding Pie that captures the spirit of nostalgia with layers of fresh bananas, creamy pudding, and whipped topping in a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of cold milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Vanilla wafers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisking the pudding mix: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  2. Mixing in sweetness: Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  3. Adding the whipped topping: Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Layering bananas: Layer half of the sliced bananas in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  5. Pouring the pudding mixture: Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  6. Repeating the layers: Repeat the layers with the remaining bananas and pudding mixture.
  7. Chilling the pie: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Garnishing before serving: Before serving, garnish with vanilla wafers on top.

Notes

Use perfectly ripe bananas for sweetness and consider adding lemon juice to slow down browning. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
