A delightful layered dessert combining cream cheese, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate cookies
  • 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 2 cups of chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup of chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for topping

Instructions

  1. Cream the mixture in a mixing bowl by blending the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined, creating a fluffy and creamy texture.
  3. Layer the chocolate cookies in a 9×13 inch dish to create a solid foundation.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the layer of cookies, smoothing it out evenly.
  5. Pour half of the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer, ensuring it’s evenly covered.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, starting with the cookies, followed by the cream cheese mixture, and topping it with the chocolate pudding.
  7. Garnish the dessert with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for an elegant finish.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

This dessert can be made a day ahead for better flavor fusion. Serve with fresh berries or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
