A refreshing and easy No-Bake Lemon Pie that brings sunshine and joy to any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  5. Slice and serve chilled, garnishing with additional whipped cream or lemon zest if desired.

Notes

Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor. Chill your bowl before folding in whipped cream to keep it cool.
