A delightful and easy No-Bake Strawberry Pie, perfect for summer gatherings with its creamy filling and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  4. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the strawberries.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining strawberries and cream.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until it sets.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh strawberries. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
