A decadent dessert featuring creamy peanut butter layers, a crunchy chocolate cookie crust, and a smooth vanilla pudding topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package of chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form a delicious and crunchy crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping for that light, airy texture. Spread this luscious mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Spread it generously over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Finally, sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top of the pudding layer.
  5. Refrigerate the entire dessert for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set beautifully. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use soft cream cheese and press the crust down firmly. Feel free to customize with fruit or different nut butters.
