A nostalgic dessert combining tropical pineapple, fluffy marshmallows, and creamy whipped topping, perfect for family gatherings and sunny picnics.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained crushed pineapple with the instant vanilla pudding mix in a large mixing bowl. Stir until creamy.
  2. Fold in the mini marshmallows and the whipped topping gently for a light texture.
  3. Add chopped pecans or walnuts if desired for extra crunch.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made a day ahead for best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
