Indulge in these delightful S’mores Cupcakes that capture the nostalgic flavors of campfire s’mores in a convenient cupcake form, featuring rich chocolate cake, gooey marshmallows, and a creamy frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup frosting
  • 1 cup additional mini marshmallows for topping
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions, using the eggs, water, and vegetable oil.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows into the batter.
  4. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
  7. Frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting.
  8. Top each cupcake with additional mini marshmallows.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top before serving (optional).

Notes

Store cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Use homemade frosting for a personal touch.
