Steak and Potato Foil Packets

Easy and fun dinner option, perfect for warm nights with tender steak and colorful veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (cut into cubes)
  • 2 large potatoes (cut into cubes)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the steak, potatoes, bell pepper, and onion in a bowl.
  3. Season with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
  4. Create large foil packets with portions of the mixture in each.
  5. Seal the packets tightly.
  6. Grill or bake for about 25-30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the uncooked packets for up to 3 months.
