Juicy beef marinated to perfection, paired with colorful vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
  • 1 bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak: Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate it with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: Chop the vegetables into similar-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
  3. Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, preparing it for those delightful kabobs.
  4. Assemble the skewers: Thread the marinated steak and vegetables alternately onto skewers, creating colorful rows of flavor.
  5. Grill the kabobs: Grill the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Serve hot: Serve the kabobs hot with your choice of sides and enjoy the delicious flavors!

Notes

For best results, marinate the steak longer for deeper flavor. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
