A fun twist on a classic dessert, combining creamy cheesecake filling with fresh strawberries inside crunchy taco shells.

Ingredients

  • 8 small taco shells
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fill each taco shell with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Add sliced strawberries and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Top with whipped cream if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; store filling separately in the fridge for up to 3 days. Experiment with different fruits.
